1. Who we are

IPTV4UNL (“we”, “us”) operates the website iptv4unl.com. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit the website, request a free trial or buy a subscription, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data – your WhatsApp number or email address, your name if you give it, and the messages you send us.
  • Order data – the plan you chose, the payment method, the date of purchase and the login details we create for you.
  • Technical data – when you use the service, our streaming servers log your IP address, device type and the times of connection to protect the service against abuse.

The website itself is static and sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.

3. Why we use your data

  • To create and deliver your free trial or subscription and to answer your questions (performance of the contract).
  • To remind you before your subscription expires (legitimate interest; you can ask us to stop at any time).
  • To process refunds and keep the records that tax and accounting law require (legal obligation).
  • To keep the service secure and prevent sharing of accounts (legitimate interest).

4. Who receives your data

We share data only with the parties needed to deliver the service: the payment providers you choose (for example iDEAL, PayPal or your card issuer), our hosting and streaming providers, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us through it. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Chat and order data are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for 12 months afterwards so we can handle renewals and refund requests. Invoicing records are kept for the period required by law (7 years in the Netherlands). Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send your request on WhatsApp or to admin@iptv4unl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Login details are sent to you in a private chat and are never published. Please do not share them with others.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
